Export Administrator | Dundee | Permanent | £Negotiable
This is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer and supplier of products to global retail outlets. They have a presence in more than 30 countries and employ more than 2,500 people.
Joining a busy team, the Export Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the products leaving the facility.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Consolidate orders so, orders will get shipped together
- Liaise with customer and freight forwarder
- Creating all relevant documents for the export of the products (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Export declaration, Certificate of Origin, CMR, Airway bill)
- Regular contacts with customs
You should have experience in an export role with specific knowledge of Letters of Credit, inspection certificates, Certificate of Origin and export licenses. It is also expected that you are familiar with the National Export System and have experience in working with an ERP system (preferably ORACLE).
